Starport was launched just over a year ago. It is the fastest way to create, test and launch a Cosmos Blockchain. Starport is used by over 285 blockchain apps today. Starport was created out of the belief that building and launching blockchain applications shouldn’t be a barrier for those who want to build powerful, decentralized and community-driven organisations.

If you answered yes to any questions above, you should join the Starport Community Call. This call allows users and developers to communicate on development progress and questions. It also provides a support system for Cosmos projects. The community call is hosted by Denis Fadeev (Director of Developer Experience at Tendermint) and a long-time Cosmos contributor. It acts as a working group that focuses primarily on:
- Starport portfolio update from the last month
- Current status of Starport, and what’s in store for the next month
- Feedback from Starport Developers and Projects
What does the Starport Community call look like?
On this first community call, we’ll implement a simple loan module using the latest Starport v0.18. The module includes functionality to create, approve, cancel, repay, and liquidate loans.
